The G40 Health Centre is located opposite the Gold Coast University Hospital.  The building includes laboratories, offices, several significant lecture theatres (600 seats & 200 seats), 4 seminar rooms, restaurant, shops and end of trip facilities.  The building is heavily fire engineered.

The $150 million Health Centre operates in tandem with the 750-bed University Hospital, creating a health hub with a dedicated focus on study, research and medical employment.
