We certified the significant Adventist Aged Care Stages 1 and 2. The project includes various fire engineered and other alternative solutions (relevant to access for people with disabilities) to suit the needs of the Operator.  The project from a building legislation perspective is very complex as it altered and added to existing class 9a non-sprinklered aged care facilities.
