Building Certifiers Australia (BCA) certified the complete original building. More than 10 years passed before BCA were engaged again by Queensland Health for the complete refurbishment of the building.
The Southport Health Precinct houses a number of important community-based health services in central Southport.
The facility provides small and large group education sessions within two auditorium spaces. Services complement existing private health services in the area, as well as provide a support network for Gold Coast Health’s acute facilities.
